Step One: Make a tic-tac-toe grid, and plug in the #’s 1-9, start on the upper left and move down the columns.

Step Two: Create another list of numbers, from 0-2, 2-4, 4-6, and plug them is as demonstrated below 0 1 2 2 3 4 4 5 6

Apply Multiplication Factors t0 your chart, starting on the upper left and moving down the rows!

Practice makes perfect! As simple as this chart is to make, it does require some attention to the details! Learn to make it quick and free of errors. If you do this, you will by a multiplying by 7’s machine! Like I said, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Good luck!!!

And if tic-tac-toe isn’t your thing… Another easy trick to learn multiplying by 7’s is to sing the song “She’ll be Comin’ Around the Mountain When She Comes…” but insert the products of the factors of 7 into the chorus.
