Manuel Schoch is not searching, he is finding. How? Stop searching.
There is movement and stillness at the same time.
Observation - Stillness - Action - Stillness
If there is no attachment to anything and no desire, and if human and universal forces are always in a movement, then there is no now. Instead there is awareness of a tiny movement forward into the forefuture.
Be in that tiny movement forward where there is no calculation as to why you are doing whatever it is that you are going. Here you will find no goal or desire but only a movement.
Aggression is a symptom of fear, which in turn is a symptom of sadness, and sadness is a symptom of love. Sadness provides the bridge to love.
If you are open, things come to you. If they do not come, it is not yet time.
Each problem can be solved through stillness.
Inner peace and awareness follow by seeing that thought, which creates the problem, cannot solve the problem. The miracle is that when you start to see that, to feel that, love happens by itself.
There is absolutely no future apart from that which is created by thought. The future is fear, and fear is thought.
Patience: The process of not caring about “Time”.
Meditation: Learning to endure yourself.
Be aware of the thoughts but do not describe, interpret, explain them and you then allow the energy to still move and flow.
When we can look at something without a description there is stillness, and out of this stillness energy is created, bringing vitality with it.
Joyless: No direct relationship with oneself.
Joy: The release of the idea one must do something against one’s.
The strongest habit: To be against one’s self.
Trust: Process of letting yourself be in peace.
Forgiveness: It is the movement of absolutely and totally cutting yourself from the past. Exactly that means to be out of “space-time”.
Jesus refers to us as visitors in this world, mere passers-by.
Jesus refers to us as visitors in this world, mere passers-by.
Jesus refers to us as visitors in this world, mere passers-by.
Jesus refers to us as visitors in this world, mere passers-by.
Simplicity - Leniency - Compassion
Sadness exists when there is the absence of doing and knowing. It is this sudden absence of doing that creates the tremendous energy of sadness.
Compassion for oneself: Being with oneself without any if's and but's.
The Universe centres on forgiveness (leaving the past behind) and unconditional love (no need to change, its ok as things are).
Inner peace and awareness are born out of the insight that you cannot solve problems by thinking. As soon as we understand and feel this love is happening. Just by itself.
As soon as we stop wanting to understand we start to observe.
Is it not enough simply to be?
Whatever you do, think or feel, you are only able to do, think or feel, because there is something observing it. The moment you shift and you say let me observe the observer, you can never catch it. The moment you try to observe the observer there is the observer observing the observer. If you try to give it a name there is the observer observing how you try to give a name to the observing we observe. It is endless. That‘s what without „space-time“ means.
That‘s the old concept of God, someone watching all the time, but there is no where out there someone watching, it‘s this entity/witness in connection with oneself. The atmosphere of this observer is called love.
To see clearly, all that you need is a shift in how you look at things.
Relationship is direct perceiving, direct observing and sharing. Relationship is god.
The flow of love is a continuous new movement of becoming and passing, birth and death, creation.
The greatest fear is not that of not being loved when you are rejected, you are in fact simply sad that one takes away the opportunity for you to love.
Thirsting for attention: Let me love you!
Energy follows thought, thought follows love.
Love does not ask anything. No effort, no understanding, no learning.
Reason for being: To become that which is dormant within us.
Process of fear: The movement of the idea that there is something out there against me.
Pain/fear: „frozen energy“
You need to be prepared to see, feel and listen to things anew every day.
You need to be prepared to see, feel and listen to things anew every day.
Inner peace is the movement of having no need for justification, no reaction to whatever is there.
The person who walks within the atmosphere of qualities is not going anywhere – not into the future nor into the past. There is no stability either because there is constant change. In this atmosphere one becomes free so that the soul can fly.
Each seed has its pattern of energy, its fundamental evolutionary movement, which means it has a clear purpose – its reason for being – which is to become what it holds within itself.
The evolution is the movement of becoming, not in the sense of knowledge or achievement but in blossoming into that which is dormant within us.
Be in total observation of your weakness or problem, and something will change as energy has been created in the stillness of observation.
If we just practice simply observing in the present without description, without any identification, we find ourselves in stillness and in flow. Flow means there is no beginning and no end and therefore no time to get in the way of love, bliss and stillness.
It is the future that creates the past.
The trick is to never take for granted whatever we hear or reflect on as the truth; instead, see it as a movement of information.
The wave can do whatever it wants; it can never be separated from the water.
When a baby is born, we do not talk about how much love we feel for it but instead find ourselves totally absorbed in being touched. This is really how healing comes about. Healing is the art of touching and being touched. The level of being touched is born out of stillness.
When we are in touch with the atmosphere of our qualities we stop judging; we drop our attitudes and our reactions. Then we are in emptiness, or stillness. Stillness is not the absence of noise; it is the absence of fear.
Whenever we become aware of something, it has already flowed along a little further.
Being touched is the absence of description.
The art of living is like the seed falling on nourishing ground. It is about being in the atmosphere of the qualities and letting the process of birth and death happen by itself. This allows for a constant new beginning.
Each flower is not only blossoming in an attempt to fulfill its own destiny but is at the same time playing a part in the wider cycle of nature.
Nature is not perfect.
To be in stillness means being in total insecurity with no reaction, no knowing and total observation.
Observation is the absence of thought that wants to achieve, to change, to avoid insecurity.
Observing something and staying with it is the process of love.
Love is movement out of stillness.
If you are really relating to something, there is no understanding, no fear any more, only observation and stillness.
Weaknesses are simply the symptoms of unexpressed qualities. A problem is only solved when the quality is able to manifest.
All psychological problems are in effect relationship problems. The ultimate relationship is the relationship to oneself.
Sadness is the bridge from duality to non-duality. Love is the atmosphere in which this movement takes place.
Do you see fear as an enemy or as a signal that you are moving toward something new. There is no possibility for transformation or real growth without fear being present.
If the mind can stop reacting to fear, suddenly the fear vanishes. It just becomes absent, and there is only awareness.
Stillness is the first signal that you are in that which is new, where you are no longer attached to knowledge, definition, experience and history.
Awareness is the ability to see that all that you are is also happening every day to millions of other people irrespective of society or culture.
If a baby about to be born could express what it was feeling, it would say, „I just went through a dying process.“ From our perspective as observers of the birth, we would say that we just observed a birth process.
No reaction means reacting only through the atmosphere of slow feelings.
The question is not how much love you get; it is how much love you give.
A state of being does not mean that you have feelings; you just are. So you would not feel love, but be love.
Love is not a movement of action; it is a movement of just being there.
Is the drop of water falling into the ocean melting with the ocean or is the drop of water falling into the ocean making the ocean become the drop?
