Do squats /crouch: to sit with your knees bent under you and your bottom just off the ground, balancing on your feet
Work out: to make your body fit and strong by doing exercises
Stretch: to straighten your arms, legs, or body to full length
Skip:to jump over a rope as you swing it over your head and under your feet, as a game or for exercise
Jog: to run slowly and steadily, especially as a way of exercising.
Jump: to push yourself up into the air, or over or away from something etc using your legs.
Twist: to turn a part of your body around or change your position by turning
