Phase-2 : CRITICAL MASS Status : Work In Progress Larger Scale Funding Efforts MOU with READ – Roles & Responsibilities Currently sorting out Terms & Conditions Construct 1 floor of the Community Resource Centre Municipal Approvals & Contractor selection Done Furnish & Equip the Community Resource Centre Library, Computers, A/V equipment, Classroom equipment etc. Incubate 2 Women run businesses Profits targeted towards sustaining the Resource Centre
Phase-3 : EMPLOYABILITY Status : After Phase-2 Completion Identify vocational training disciplines Partner with trainers & potential employers Unnati & Pratham Construct 2nd Floor & equip for training Work out a business & training model Start operations for 100 youth at a time Enable micro-finance for micro-enterprises
Phase-4 : REPLICATION Status : Brainstorming Stage Document the process and key learnings Evangelize with Alumni of other Colleges Provide expertise for similar ventures elsewhere Leverage relationships for similar ventures elsewhere Add doorstep-delivery of Resource Centre services
