Inserting a Picture Using Open Office and Linux

Place cursor where picture will be inserted

Click the Insert menu

Under Picture menu select From File

Select picture to be inserted

Click Open

Right-click anywhere on the inserted picture

Select picture

Select Type tab

Check Keep ratio

Enter ideal height of picture

Select Crop tab

Crop from left and right until width and height are ideal

Select Wrap tab

Click Optimal to wrap text around picture

Right-click anywhere on the inserted picture

Under Alignment select Left
