Maintaining the premises What we have been up to:- All the fire doors are now complete The main works consequent to the fire risk assessment reports to Oasis and Original Sports has been completed Exterior decoration complete Re-pointing is in hand

Changing the premises Development Update Our plans have been submitted for Planning consent, a decision will be secured by 17 June Immediate neighbours have received invitations to view the plans on 26 May (also 15 May)

Changing the premises We are seeking to appoint a Mechanical and Electrical Consultant in the very near future Four consultants are being invited to submit fee tenders for the Structural Engineering component

Changing the premises Funding Update Further to the second pledge day the total now stands at £309000 If you have made a pledge (2010/11) please contact Julie to firm up details This is brilliant because we have 30% of the total required

Changing the premises In theory we can secure a loan from the BU representing 70% of the total cost As the figures stand at the moment we are applying for a loan of £620000 from the BU

Changing the premises Obviously the bigger the loan, the greater the repayments and the total cost of the project. If the figures stay as they are the monthly repayments will be in the region of £6000 for a term of 10 years
