THE 150TH ANIVERSARY OF THE BATTERSEA DOGS & CATS HOME

Abandoned cats and dogs which have won a new home , were photographed by the renowned photographer of animals , Steve Hoskins , and their photos were transformed on seals of the British Postal Service , to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

The Battersea Dogs & Cats Home collects approximately twelve thousands animals abandoned on the streets of London and other cities in the south-east England , each year. The Organization says it has achieved new owners for more than three million dogs and cats in its 150th years of life.
