Ok I explain you > We have branch in different state > Sales transaction done in our branch > Branch deposit cheque or cash in bank > Purchase done by Head office > Supplier payment done by Head office by cheque or cash > Bank statement comes common because our bank account is common for all branch and head office > For vat we have create state wise individual company in tally > We can’t reco bank ledger with bank statement. > Suppose sir in tally you have crate company like ABC company HO ABC Company Branch One ABC Company Branch Two > Suppose your bank ledger is common say HDFC A/C NO 1234 > Now suppose as mention below transaction done in Branch and H.O.

> Now you create on group company in tally > Open group company and open customize report which we develop in that report you can view and print common bank ledger shown as per below. Date wise common bank ledger.
