St. Martin’s Computer Lab In celebration of International Dot Day, St. Martin’s 3rd and 4th grade students had Peter Reynold’s book, “The Dot” read to them. The 3rd grade students used KidPix to draw their dot (or dots) and the 4th grade students used Paint to draw their dot (or dots). This gallery was created to showcase the dots. This was the first project of the year in the Computer and the first experience with Paint for many of the 4th grade students. To navigate the gallery: Click on the name of each room to visit it. Click each picture to view a larger version of it. This template was designed by Dr. Christy Keeler based on one of the sample virtual museums provided by the Keith Valley staff at ISTE’s NECC 2005. Contact Dr. Keeler for more information about virtual museums or visit http://christykeeler.com/EducationalVirtualMuseums.html
Summary: In celebration of International Dot Day 2010, students drew their own dot pictures using KidPix or Paint.
