| Slide 3 |
The formless is our nature, and in moving with this formlessness, like a leaf being carried by a breeze, you come to the stillness of emptiness.
| Slide 4 |
The movement of stillness is pure consciousness.
| Slide 5 |
Rest in consciousness, and in this very movement you will be happy.
| Slide 6 |
Happiness is in fact the state where you stop wanting to be something. The desire is gone.
| Slide 7 |
Consciousness is not an awareness of sensation, thought, or feeling. It is about being conscious of that which is in between forms.
| Slide 8 |
Consciousness is that which is in between the forms.
| Slide 9 |
The connection to the stillness of the heart is the remembrance of “knowing yourself”. To know yourself, just breathe in and out with your heart energy.
| Slide 10 |
Heart Energy:
If you imagine a cross, is that meeting point of the vertical and the horizontal, of today and tomorrow, the past and the future – the meeting point between different dimensions. Heart energy is a point where there is either decision or stillness.
| Slide 11 |
To rest in consciousness is what I call state of stillness of the heart.
| Slide 12 |
The art of observation is when you start to look outside by constantly observing yourself.
| Slide 13 |
Rest in consciousness, that’s fulfillment, that’s happiness, that’s enlightenment.
| Slide 14 |
You may observe your face in the mirror, but that does not tell you anything about yourself. If you observe the inside – your climate and atmosphere – then the image in the mirror becomes meaningful.
| Slide 15 |
Your being and your value as a person cannot be derived from the actions of others – it has to be totally observed within yourself and only then can you have total awareness.
| Slide 16 |
Seeing, or observing, is neither thinking nor feeling.
| Slide 17 |
Life does not need managers. Life needs creatures who live it.
| Slide 18 |
Observation is about constantly observing what is happening inside.
| Slide 19 |
How can you be yourself if you are relying on people liking you?
| Slide 20 |
Whatever you observe, even on the outside, does not have any meaning if it is not at the same time connected with the inside, where the inside and the outside become one.
| Slide 21 |
Freedom is there when you stop observing and reacting to the outside.
| Slide 22 |
Meditation: Just be there and wait to fall into it. Once you really start to be in touch with the inside an emptiness comes upon you. Meditation then happens by itself.
| Slide 23 |
Stillness is about having no resistance to the experience of the moment.
| Slide 24 |
Stillness is about having no resistance to the experience of the moment.
| Slide 25 |
Love is born out of stillness.
| Slide 26 |
The climate is a feeling born out of stillness.
| Slide 27 |
When we think we know, we cease to listen to others.
| Slide 28 |
Feelings trigger thoughts.
| Slide 29 |
Sadness does not require any doing. Just as listening to music is awareness without description, sadness is also awareness without description.
| Slide 30 |
The level of being touched is born out of stillness.
| Slide 31 |
As our qualities and the atmosphere of love are already at the beginning of life, no one can steal them from us nor could anyone hinder us to love.
| Slide 32 |
Each relationship you have is only a mirror of the relationship that you have with yourself.
| Slide 33 |
When it comes to understanding yourself, the only worthwhile university is the observation of yourself.
| Slide 34 |
Knowledge kills observation. Whenever you think you have the illusion of security, you stop observing.
| Slide 35 |
Alone: There is no longer a separation between you and me, between mine and yours. Alone is all one.
| Slide 36 |
Once you are free, not the slightest opinion of someone else can trouble you. You can now freely think about their opinion.
| Slide 37 |
80% of thoughts are motivated by fear.
| Slide 38 |
Thinking is a constant movement of the past projected into the future.
| Slide 39 |
Whenever observation is made toward the inside, then you begin to perceive reality as it is.
| Slide 40 |
We simply want to be in touch with the climate, the third part of feelings. The ego and the thoughts dissolve once you are in touch with the climate.
| Slide 41 |
Desire is born out of fear. Desire is the need to escape fear, to end fear. I want to be better or to understand because maybe then I will no longer have fear.
| Slide 42 |
The desire melts away when you grasp the fact that all sorrow (= thinking) comes from fear.
| Slide 43 |
Stillness, as an energy process, can be described as the ending of description, explanations, and justifications.
| Slide 44 |
All sorrow comes from fear.
| Slide 45 |
Fear is the process of comparing. Either you are better than the other and therefore you’re afraid to lose this position, or you are not as good, and afraid that you may not improve.
| Slide 46 |
When love is born out of the climate - love as happiness and stillness - then this love will also transform into something different.
| Slide 47 |
Forgetting everything:
do not cling to experiences.
| Slide 48 |
Spirituality is the ending of memory.
| Slide 49 |
Observation is like breathing in and out; it is always present. It does not require any effort. Effort, however, is needed to follow a thought and to understand the content of the thought.
| Slide 50 |
Any weakness can be a strong force of energy, if only you do not act against it by wanting to be rid of it.
| Slide 51 |
The shadow is part of you, so don’t try to get rid of it, because in doing this you only destroy the heart.
| Slide 52 |
Wanting to get rid of the shadow is like wanting to have day without night.
| Slide 53 |
It’s the constant fighting with oneself that takes us away from our true nature.
| Slide 54 |
If you relate to the person based on their feelings and thoughts, you don’t actually know them. If you look at their climate, you know the person.
| Slide 55 |
Fear is always created by the illusion, by the idea that you have to become, that something about you has to change.
| Slide 56 |
Whenever there is fear, it’s a beautiful sign that you are against yourself.
| Slide 57 |
Each quality is a flower of love.
| Slide 58 |
Take the weakness in your arms, it is part of the quality.
| Slide 59 |
The release of the idea to have to do something against a weakness is joy.
| Slide 60 |
Modesty:
All there is is enough.
| Slide 61 |
Sadness is the key to love and to health.
| Slide 62 |
Jealousy, fear or anger are yours only if you give them a history.
| Slide 63 |
The opposite of stillness is not noise, it is fear.
| Slide 64 |
Awareness:
Being completely in the present without any alternative, being in relation with what is there.
| Slide 65 |
Awareness:
Absence of judgment, comparison and interpretation.
| Slide 66 |
Doubt is the courage to be without knowing. And doubt is the honesty to admit that in the end we do not know really.
| Slide 67 |
Surrender: To give greater value to the unknown than the known.
| Slide 68 |
Compassion: Love in combination with sadness.
| Slide 69 |
Observing something and staying with it is the process of love.
| Slide 70 |
Fear is always the process, the signal that you are moving toward the unknown, the new.
| Slide 71 |
More consciousness is not a guarantee of more love, but love is a guarantee of more consciousness.
| Slide 72 |
Simply observe all that is there: strengths, qualities and weaknesses alike. If you can see the beauty in you, then you will suddenly see beauty all around you. The movement of observing this beauty is compassion.
| Slide 73 |
Awareness comes through experiencing that which is new.
| Slide 74 |
Surrender is simply the process of forgetting ourselves; it is faith. To surrender is to be totally absorbed in something.
| Slide 75 |
To be a vibrational being free of blockages is to be a free-flowing system of energy that is vulnerable and open to the new and unknown and is alive and strong.
| Slide 76 |
Our body-mind can only be rearranged if we are ready to acknowledge the fear.
| Slide 77 |
It is not about what I can get but about what I can give.
| Slide 78 |
Freedom, stillness is the end of expecting anything. Wherever you go, be happy.
