91.129 Restricted and danger areas (a) A pilot must not operate an aircraft within a restricted area designated under Part 71 unless that pilot— (1) has the approval of the administering authority responsible for the restricted area to operate within that area; and (2) complies with any conditions promulgated for operation within the restricted area; and (3) complies with any conditions imposed by the administering authority for operation within the restricted area.
