Key Responsibilities & Task ·         Coordinate and participate in the final training and education program and manage the training schedule, training teams, and training materials. Manage installation of office equipment by outside vendors ·         Manage installation of in-plant equipment by outside vendors ·         Assist in the hiring and training of labor, if required ·         Attend client production planning and branch management meetings during implementation ·         Work with managers of 3rd party vendors, as required ·         Manage the initial reporting design and paperwork flow ·         Coordinate a wide range of activities while being the primary contact between the company, client, and authorized vendors who supply products and services during the implementation period ·         Collaborate with Business Development and our clients to communicate the elements of the implementation plan and time line ·         Respond to specific customer requirements including industry-specific constraints ·         Assist the Business Development Team to build the client relationship ·         Communicate program progress during meetings with client and various teams. ·         Assist in training of Field Service Representatives in site specific activities
