Labels Our society loves to label people – pigeonholing them In mental health, this is very apparent - psychiatrists call it diagnosis Some people call it stereotyping The differences we have looked at can all be used as labels We are all different. No two people will have exactly the same needs, outlooks, aspirations… How can we give services that personal touch so people feel valued and not stereotyped?

True diversity takes so many individual differences into account Service users expect their individuality to be valued and catered for How do we meet these expectations in a money saving culture?
