The GROUND FLOOR has a comfortably furnished lounge with a fireplace that heats the whole villa and is well-equipped with a flat screen plasma TV. The lounge has sliding windows with direct access to the garden patio with sunbeds, garden furniture & swimming pool. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining area. Kitchen fittings & equipment are high quality including Whirlpool equipment & a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower. In the garden with sub-tropical plants, fruit trees & a herb garden there is a barbecue area with authentic bread oven another large dining table & chairs and an outdoor shower. And next to the barbecue area is a utility room with equipment including a washing machine. Upstairs on the SECOND FLOOR are 3 bedrooms. Two have double beds and one has single beds which can be changed into a double bedroom.
