Summary: Presented by Ms. Sheila Berg at the MNOLA Conference, Feb. 2011. "As online instructors, it is important to connect with our students. Enhancing teacher presence can improve student-teacher interaction and increase the connection between the student, the teacher, and the class. There are a multitude of technology tools that are available on the internet and the uses for these tools are vast. In this presentation, free tools for creating audio recordings, videos, screen-casts, animations, screen captures, announcements, cartoons, and slide presentations will be shared along with ways to use the tools to enhance both teacher presence and student learning in online courses."
