Regional Extension Centers (REC) Aim to help providers to adopt EHR’s to achieve meaningful use Provide general education for all practices such as Website materials, presentations, informational webinars, etc. Direct Assistance for out-patient practices to reach the meaningful use requirements, with an emphasis on “priority” providers (ONC defined)
