Portuguese cuisine Rice Pudding, a delicous dessert… Cristiana Faria e Helena Franco
Ingredients: 200g of rice 200g of sugar ½ milk Lemon peel 1 spoon of butter (50g)
a pinch of salt 1 stick of cinnamon 3 egg yolks cinnamon
First Step: Take the rice to cook in boiling water with lemon, salt and cinnamon (stick)
Second Step: Stir occasionally so as not to stick to the bottom.
Third Step: Meanwhile place the milk to a boil
Fourth Step: When the rice starts to get cooked, add butter and hot milk, slowly, never stop moving.
Fifth Step: Add the sugar and finally egg yolks.
Seventh Step: Pour into bowls and garnish with cinnamon.
The RESULT: Try it! It’s amazing!
