(ignoring & covering up; it has caused problems to magnify) has made them BIG Goals requiring a revolution of a healing kind… including resolving conflicts as part of the solution, not so much myopically anchored to the problems… People empower BHAGS…soulution Yes, Soul-utions… word is not misspelled… it was done to highlight your intention to a very important understanding… Soul solutions are from our inner potential and sourced from alignment with universal forces of Good and power of Principle… Spirit is far reaching & superficial in nothing! This means we get to the seed and root causes with this approach & awareness (soul & Bhag)…VIP! No wonder drop-out numbers grow alarmingly It’s Awareness…Business We can’t continue with top-heavy admin management when the action is in the classroom with the students learning (not test prepping) – not only is this boring, its breeding apathy…how is that useful to creating prosperity and peace? It’s Career…happen Finally, a plan that includes creating a school system where teachers are encourage & given tools to create a school environments they and their students can thrive in… It starts…Through Re-educate yourself, learn how-to have a multi-level intelligence teaching tool bag and ability and see how the dominos fall… not hard to imagine this is the path to success Our empowerment…”y-o-u” Nothing changes till we change right ? 3 bottom liners to plug in and intimate change that will make a difference… 1st is Rethink it… Whole Education…of Education… We start with business cycle graphics and what society/parents/future indicates are missing gaps in education and the like. #2 Formulate… view Synthesis is pulling it together for integral weaving, AND Systems is big pic into little pics woven in baby steps so we can handle as we go without overwhelm and the collapse that comes with that state of mind #3 Be alive…available This just makes sense…why this even has to be mentioned is amazing, and not in a positive way… We act like, ”WE can’t” Really? If we don’t effectively teach love of learning & values, how are they going to learn it? By osmosis? How’s that working out for us ?… think about the violence, the gang proliferation, ad nauseam.. WE CAN DO IT: Educational System with Learning Outcomes that generally exceed current outcomes, & a Support Timeline leading us into the process with a focus that is so clear we cannot fail to achieve a Better World Future--- AND, realistically, we can’t achieve something till we start attempting to do so. OK? SO, it can’t start till we start it, and that Starts NOW. What are we waiting for? How more generations of kids need to face the bleak future before we get going? (do I really have to drive this monkey on our backs home any further? Why pretend we’re blind, victims of no empowerment… Yuk) We got a plan and we need YOU… thinking about it, thinking it over is not doing it…

It is ridiculous! Know how & why...child This includes things as developmental stages of child growth, how they think as different from adults the sponge quality of their mind till about age 7, and so on. Understand…pass it on Can’t give what you don’t have, and can’t hide your subconscious signals, body language, etc.…

This BHAG has an amazing tool christened with the name: Wonderful Me-petty Thinking© or The Thinking Chair© The wonder of …loci This means from your inner moral compass & caring for self & others which you are taught to examine from the point of 2 urges all children know exists – they relate to it as 2 me’s inside. It almost teaches itself to kids. Your child thinks…making… You learn how to effectively teach your child how to sort out info for himself and why such choices are acceptable or not… NO yelling, screaming, name-calling, violence is required to Get Your Point Across to your child… Makes you sane and insightful…Good stuff.
