It’s over the river Seyhan. It was constructed by the Roman Emperor Hadrianus in the IV. th century (385). It was an important bridge between Europa and Asia for centuries. ADANA ETHNOGRAPHICAL MUSEUM In the museum, which is in Kuruköprü district of Adana, there are ethnographical works belonged to Turkoman tribes who lived in Çukurova and an Islamıc stone works. This building, where there is the museum now, was built as a church. It extends to a wide area in Ramazanoğlu building complex. It has been a trade centre since the 16 th century. During the Ottoman period, there were inns, workshops and the shops where the special goods were sold and which was called as “trap“ surrounded at three sides and the front side was open. ADANA ADANA Connection : Seyhan buses, taxis YAĞ MOSQUE Photo 6 x 8 cm It is Christian church named “ Saint Jackque“. It was changed into a mosque by Ramazanoğlu Halil Bey in 1501. The mosque has a simple architectural structure. Its crown gate is monumental. The building is low arched, monumental portals and turboted. There is an epitaph with a line of large text-writing on it. Once because an oil bazaar was establish in front of it, it took this name.

ADANA ADANA BEBEKLİ CHURCH It is an Italian Catholıc church which was built in Tebebağ in 1880 years and in the name of Saint Paul. There is a statue of Virgin Mary 2,5 metres tall and made of bronze on the top of the church. Because this statue looks like a baby, it was named “Bebekli Church“. ADANA ADANA Connection : Karataş buses, taxis KARATAŞ In the town 40 km away to Adana, Magarsus Castle, amphitheatre and Ethena Temples are the important remains of the Magarsus Antique city, belong to the Hellenistic Age. There are two Ottoman works; one is an inn, another is a posting house. Magarsus remains and Akyatan Bird Paradise in Tuzla are worth seeing. In Akyatan Lake, (lagoon), there are the species of caretta caretta and chelonia mydas. Besides this, there are various fish species in Tuzla and Karataş fish garths which place in the town.

The city which is famous for its remains of hospital-temple belong to Hellenistic period and called Aesculapion, was visited by Marco Polo twice while he was sailing to the Eastern. Our school starts at 8:30 and at 12:00 o’clock the students have their lunch.Then, the lessons start at 13:00 o’clock. After two hours of lesson the normal section finishes at 14:30. And they start to course at 15:00 and finish it at17:00.
