Please know that the floor plans on the following pages represent a "starting point“. When it comes down to it,  one of the most appealing aspects of the Midtown Square project is it's flexibility.  You can choose to: 1.) Have us build one of the following models for you exactly as they appear on these pages. 2.) Opt to go semi-custom and have us modify/upgrade one of the following models to better suit your needs. 3.) Opt to go fully custom and design/build your dream home from the ground up. Garages, climate controlled basements and an abundance of other upgrades are available for your consideration. Most homes in Midtown Square end up with a final price in the $250k-$350k range. Take a few moments to browse through the pages of this booklet and find a few plans that come close to what you like.  From there, it's pretty simple. Just contact us and we will arrange a one on one conversation between you and our preferred builder. They can then work within your budget and price out any upgrades or changes you would like to make. Nobody is going to twist your arm and you won’t hear any high-pressure sales pitches.  But if you are interested in Midtown Square, we will find a way to produce the home of your dreams and do so within your budget.
