The most important thing is to have each question page become the best possible resource for someone who wants to know about the question. People use Quora to document the world around them. Over time, the database of knowledge should grow and grow until almost everything that anyone wants to know is available in the system. When knowledge is put into Quora, it is there forever to be shared with anyone in the future who is interested. Each question page on Quora is a reusable resource that should help everyone who has the question that the page is about. Answers on question pages don't depend on any context about the asker except for what is specified in the question text and details. Twitter ethics : Messages should not be split up over multiple Twitter posts. There is a reason you only have 140 characters to post in. Like I mentioned earlier, Twitter is a micro-blogging service. If you want to write more than 140 characters you should post in a blog . What happens on Twitter should stay in Twitter. 2. Twitter is not a chat room. If you are having large conversations that involve multiple users, move it into an actual chat room. There is a reason that MIRC has been used for many years and is still popular. 3 . Don’t post same message multiple times . Posting the exact same message multiple times should be avoided at all costs. If you are unsure that a message went through, check your feed before you post the same thing over again. Nobody likes to be flooded with identical posts, especially if its something they don’t care about. 4.Never Tweet more than five times a day. First, a “Tweet” is a Twitter message. So, why no more than five times a day? Because if you post more than that you are in danger of pushing other people’s messages off of the home page of your follower’s Twitter. 5 . Never follow more too much people. Why is this a rule? Because if you follow many people, like I do,then you’ll be tempted to answer lots of those Tweets,which will put you in danger of breaking #2. 6 . Never follow anyone who isn’t your “real” friend. This will help you keep your friends’ list down, which will keep you from breaking rule #2. 7. The Twitter question is “what are we doing?” It’s NOT “what do you think about someone ?” 8. Follow one person for every 10 who follows you. Why? Cause I believe that anyone who follows me is a friend and is someone I should listen to. 9. If other people are telling you you’re spamming, you should listen to them. 10.
