Promoting Improve search results by promoting the relevance of a record within a results set.
When you promote a record, it appears at the top of the search list when there is an exact match on the title. Relevance promotion is useful when more popular books fall below newer books or serials appearing in the search results. Promoting

Tagging Find the book in Encore Add a tag When all items are tagged, perform an Encore search that provides the desired result. (Use facets if necessary!) Copy the url for the results page Use this as the link url on your site. Optional (But Useful) Step: Before putting the link on your site, use a link shortening service like Bit.ly to shorten the link. Doing so will provide you with clickthrough statistics, and will make the link more “shareable” via social media!
