These four principles of learning are connected to the purpose of my personal goal.
Improving students study skills increases their learning capacity and helps develop their executive functions.
Physiological- engage & explore, Motivation- explain & elaborate, Organization- evaluate, Productivity- expect
Classroom management is essential to maximize the students learning environment.
Diet, exercise and sleep patterns influence how students learn.
We learn through social experiences, doing, belonging and finally becoming.
While there are age levels for developmental learning. (Piaget) It is important to remember students are individuals.
Students should be challenged daily but not feel threated by their school environment.
Teaching team work and organization skills leads to proper time management for student motivation and productivity.
Assessment and data collection keeps students learning standards and objectives on track.
