LOCEANOGRAPHIC 2006 Presents A COLLECTION OF GIANT CLAMS
DEDICATED TO THE GREATEST OF THE MARINE BIOLOGISTS MY ESTEEMED FRIEND AND COMPANION PROFESSOR VICTOR IANO
This is a Practical Guide to identify the European species of the “Giant Clam” This group of clams is very common in modern Europe, commonly seen on individuals of a variety of species, as they play near the water. As you go through the following slides, note that there is one shape that seems to apply to all samples.
