STEP 1 Go to Start Menu

STEP 2 Select Control Panel

STEP 3 System and Security

STEP 4 Select Ease of Access from the list

STEP 5 Select Speech Recognition

STEP 6 Select options to setup speech

STEP 7 Great tutorial on how to use it is here

STEP 8 you can also train your computer to better understand you.

STEP 9 When you are ready hit the start your speech recognition.
