Kelley F. Byrne Event Planning Portfolio
The Country Club of Virginia Events
My role during The Country Club of Virginia events was rotating throughout my internship, therefore some weeks I was in the kitchen doing anything from helping with the cake to assisting in plating a 300-person dinner. Other weeks I was working directly with the bride and mother of the bride before, during, and after the reception as the “bridal assistant.” On two occasions I was fully in charge of the reception from helping with food choices to loading the gifts in the car afterwards.
