Programme Further to last week’s site meeting, T.J. Evers have revised their programme. They are aiming to handover the week commencing 6 February 2012

Programme The Project Board have been meeting every two weeks to monitor the contract, programme and costs Current risk items: external soffit, fascia and guttering details, hand rails and stone coping.

Construction Costs The contract sum is £637,355.06 The value of the work executed to date is £583,943.77 The final account will be agreed after the contract is practically complete

Funding Gifts & Pledges Current total £765,000

Fundraising in 2012 Funding shortfall Therefore time to be devising and planning fundraising events for 2012! Space Youth Group: Safari Supper The newly refurbished premises will be available as a hire venue.

Other matters Pre-school will be moving into their newly refurbished space the week commencing 20 February We anticipate that after February half term The Stables will be available during the day for Links, Women’s Fellowship and Coffee Club

Other matters We are proposing to have some ‘form of agreement’ with all the church based groups, specifying times and activities, etc. Jane will be in contact shortly

Other matters New era! From Monday 20 February access will be only through the new welcome area. The Pall Mall doors will be a fire exit only. There will be only a very limited number of new entrance keys available

Other matters… In the short term it is envisaged that the reception desk will be staffed from 8.30 am until 4.30 pm. Implications: a little planning may be required. Access outside of those times will need to be organised in advance. Please bear with us as we work this out!

Other Matters In order to prepare for opening the premises we would like to have an early Spring clean If you could spare some time during half-term week to clean, please speak to Julie
