TIME CONSTRAINTS UNNATURAL CIRCUMSTANCES NON- PARTICIPATION OF RESPONDENTS L I M I T A T I O N S OF THE S T U D Y
1. From the data analysis, I find that almost 30% of the employees are not satisfied with the flow of communication and information. 2 . Almost half of the employees are not satisfied with the interpersonal relation in the company, which is a serious matter. 3. I find that only about 1/3 employees are satisfied with their current career opportunities and the remaining are dissatisfied. 4. Majority of the employees are satisfied with the level of job security. 5. The employees are generally satisfied with the behaviour of supervision. FINDINGS OF THE STUDY
6. I find that 1/3 of the employees are not satisfied with their participation in important decisions. 7 . Only 34% employees are satisfied in the organization whereas the remaining are dissatisfied. 8. I find that 38% workers are not satisfied with their role given by the organization. 9 . Although vast majority of the employees are generally satisfied with the performance appraisal system, there are 16% employees who have expressed dissatisfaction. 10. 64% workers are happy with the responses of the management to their problem, there are 1/3 employees appear to be dissatisfaction.
11. I find, 22% of employees consider the wage structures are unsatisfactory. 12. The employees appear to be generally satisfied with the welfare facilities undertaken by the organization. 13. 28% workers are satisfied with the promotion system of the company but on the other hand almost 72% are dissatisfied.
▪ As almost 1/3 of the workers are not satisfied with the flow of communication and information. The company should take necessary steps for the proper flow of communication for all employees. ▪ Company should take immediate some steps for improving interpersonal relationship for the satisfaction of all the employees. ▪ As almost 2/3 of the employees are not satisfied with the career opportunity provided to them. The company should initiate some favorable measures, which provide suitable career opportunity to all the workers. SUGGESTIONS
▪ Company should involve all the employees in the organization in the process of decision- making relating to important decisions. ▪ As almost 2/3 of the employees are not satisfied with their working climate of the company, therefore proper facility should be given to all the employees so they find their job interesting and joyful. ▪ The company should ensure that all the employees become clear about their respective role. ▪ Management should be more responses to the problem of the employees. ▪ The company should look the aspect of revision of wage structure to the satisfactory of the employees.
▪ As almost 1/3 employees are dissatisfied. A company needs to seriously study this aspect and involve promotion policies for the satisfaction of the employees.
