Titus 3:14 14 Our people must learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order that they may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives.

Step Two Develop your leadership SKILLS with the help of another leader.

2 Timothy 3:14-17 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it,

2 Timothy 3:14-17 15 and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.

2 Timothy 3:14-17 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

2 Timothy 3:14-17 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Philippians 3:15-16 15 All of us who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.

Leadership Mindset Have the right attitude when it comes to CHANGE.

Leadership Mindset Be a LEARNER at all times.

Leadership Mindset Think of the COMMON GOOD, not just your self-interest.

Leadership Mindset Have a strong FAITH CENTER so that you may be a person of credibility and voice.
