NEW DIRECT PROFIT PLAN EFFECTIVE 1st August, 2011 AUSTRALIA

DIRECT PROFIT A new Direct Profit (DP) will be added to the current profit plan. All products will be sold at retail price (including those sold to Business Owners and VIP Shoppers). RP will only be able to be used with Reward Products. RP will not be entitled to any discount on Category 1, 2 and 3 products.

Business Owners and VIP Shoppers will now enjoy Direct Profit ( DP) up to 15% based on their direct VIP Shopper/Business Owner sales at retail price ( net excluding GST ), excluding reward and promotion products. DIRECT PROFIT

DIRECT PROFIT ‘Direct Profit’ of up to 15% at retail price (net of 10% GST). - Product category A at 15% - Product category B at 10% - Product category C at 5% - Product category D at 5%, no eV - Product category P no DP, no eV - Product category R, required RP, no DP, no eV * Category R are mainly rewards products

Example: AU-X will enjoy Direct Profit on the total of $ 900 purchases made by AU-P, AU-PA and AU-PB. All accounts with 3 profit centers will each be treated as 1 account for Direct Profit calculation. DIRECT PROFIT AU-X AU-P AU-PB AU-PA $300 $300 $300

15eV + QUs requirement for Branch override and Direct Profit. 15eV x No. of profit centers + QUs requirement in main account only to qualify for BPI/EI. Should the Business Owner fail to maintain the monthly qualification, the DP and branch override will pass up to the immediate upline. MONTHLY QUALIFICATION

All existing BOs are required to purchase 50eV in the month of August to qualify for Direct Profit. ( one time requirement only ). JUNE/JULY SPECIAL Business Owners who join in the month of June and July, and complete their 1000eV in June/July : - will enjoy the 1000eV at discounted price - will automatically be qualified for Direct Profit, AND - will also be entitled to 7 Profit Centers effective 1st August 2011. Those who achieve less than 1,000eV on 31st July will be able to upgrade their qualifications similar to the existing Business Owner options from 1st August.

RESTRUCTURING OF DOWNLINES A & B profit centers no longer appear upon registration. All purchases will be on the main ID. Existing Business Owners who purchase additional 200ev/500ev to upgrade to 3/7 profit centers, and new Business Owners who qualify for 3/7 profit centers will be given up to 6 months from their qualifying month to perform restructuring of their downlines. Only 1 time restructuring is allowed.

VIP SHOPPERS VIPs who subscribe under Option 1 when joining or renewing ( pays $15 ), will be entitled to a 30 day joining special of 30% discount of category A, B or C products up to $ 250.

VIP SHOPPERS A VIP Shopper can introduce other VIP Shoppers (in the same country) and earn Direct Profit in the form of Discount Points. Discount Points can only be used to pay for product purchases ( up to 80% discount ) or membership renewal/BO registration.
