Progress The Certificate of Practical Completion was issued by the architect on Friday 3 February From that date there is a 12 months defects period 2.5% retention retained

Progress The contract sum is £637,355.06 The value of the work executed to date is £669,982.08 A current difference of £32,627.02

Progress Our QS is in the process of agreeing the Final Account with T.J. Evers There are 13 outstanding variations to agree She is writing a report for the consideration of the Project Board.

Programme There are a number of outstanding matters. For example – the velux windows, hanging the statement light fitting, etc.

Funding Gifts & Pledges Current total in excess of £778,000

Fundraising in 2012 Funding shortfall The newly refurbished premises will be available for hire – new rates have been agreed and lots of interest received

Other matters Groups have returned to their newly refurbished homes The Garden Team led by Martin Scott have been attending to the garden. Plans to import topsoil have been postponed until the end of the year
