KPI:Inventory Turn Over Ratio: Stock turn over ratio/Inventory turn over ratio indicates the number of time the stock has been turned over during the period and evaluates the efficiency with which a firm is able to manage its inventory. This KPI is aligned with inventory management.

KPI:Product selling This KPI is aligned to Sale module. • Include a list of product that sell fast or slow. • Need to compare this list at the store with different branches. • Also, it will help see the list of products is selling slowly and find out reasons why so that we can improve the performance.

KPI:Number of Surplus Items A quantity much larger than is needed It relate to inventory management. Different parameter to be consider for implementation of this KPI is: 1)Availability 2)Utilization Rate

KPI:Number and value of sold items Number and value of items sold during the month. This KPI relates to Inventory management. It improves the effectiveness of purchase order which helps to achieve our organizations ultimate goal.

Implementation of KPIs Establish current performance,benchmark and target level For each monitoring module establish what the current level of performance is in a measurable and understandable way. This is the current performance.

Implementation of KPIs The benchmark level can normally be introduced. Then a target level of achievement can be entered.

Implementation of KPIs We can gain an enormous amount of information and control from chart, but obviously not all components will meet the criteria of being a KPI – otherwise we are back into the problem of measuring everything and not concentrating on a limited number of core criteria.
