I'm going to live a healthy lifestyle that will include regular physical fitness, proper nutrition, reduce my risk for illness and disease, and allowing me to participate in recreational physical activities. To achieve this I will reduce my physical weight to a healthy level, by incorporating at least an hour of physical activity into my daily lifestyle including both cardio and strength training. I will eliminate unhealthy foods and soda pop from my diet except on rare occasions. Additionally, I will incorporate physical activities for entertainment and relaxation into my lifestyles as a replacement for sedentary activities.
These are going to be ongoing changes to my lifestyle, they will not be short-term, and by maintaining these lifestyle changes. I will also be able to directly impact other areas of my life including, my finances by cutting out the cost of purchasing unhealthy foods, improving my physical appearance, and thereby the impression that I make on people. I will also improve my personal credibility as an educator when teaching healthy lifestyles. Additionally and be able to participate in physical activities that interest me.
