Examples Within two years, I will reduce my overall body weight to a healthy level as prescribed by my doctor by eliminating unhealthy foods, increasing my nutritional awareness, and incorporating a minimum of one hour of physical exercise daily. Over the next 2 years, I will create healthy eating habits by eliminating fast food, soda pop, junk food, and excessively fatty foods and refined starches from my diet. On an ongoing basis, replace sedentary recreational activities such as television, Internet use, and gaming with physical recreational activities such as taking scenic walks, hikes, learning new sports, and taking on new experiences.
