Introduction Video Habit 3 Introduction
The Procrastinator - Typically holds a paradigm that he/she is not smart, or not good at school -Tends to do things at the last minute -Doesn't like to plan things out -"I will stop procrastinating..soon" - Easily stressed, or overwhelmed by work - Most likely is familiar with copying homework, or pulling all-nighters.
The Slacker -Does all activites in excess - Does not prioritize their activites -All activities have the same amount of importance -Trust is lost with others when not doing things on time Results: -Lack of responsibility -Guilt -Flakiness
The Yes-Man -Tries to please other people -Responds to their every desire -Is overly nice -Has a very hard time saying no to people -Lack of discipline -Motto: "Tomorrow, I'm going to be more assertive- If that's okay with you - Will do anything to help out a fellow friend -Is always on task about things
The Prioritizer - Keeps first things first! (Has the right priorities) - Places the things that take the least time before others - Is willing to cancel plans to make sure that the most important things (exercise, school work, job or college applications) are completed. - Keeps a good attitude about work, giving themselves rewards for doing a task well.
Notecard Activity... On your notecard, write down what type of person you are (Yes Man, Slacker, etc.) and why. Then write down 1 thing you can do to become more of a prioritizer.
To change your habits, it takes courage

Cupcake Debrief -How did your group decide which events were more important than others? -Did your group have any disagreements on what event should have been most or least important? -Do you prioritize your personal activities well?
