Kama Now, something about Estonia’s national food product, that won’t be commonly found in a visitor’s bag – kama. It’s a mixture of roasted barley, rye, oat and pea flour. Bleuet This is a plant knapweed rhizomatous , fluffy, more or less branched, leaves soft, elongated, entire, sometimes with purple blue flowers in heads with very long outer florets, the bracts at the base of the flower head on board brown-black. Height: 50 cm to 1 m depending on the variety.
