Any physical activity should be prepared, performed and culminated taking on account a set of RULES.

To prevent and avoid physical problems, accidents or injuries we must follow some indications BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER the activity.

BEFORE Do not have HUGE MEALS and have a period of two or three hours between meal and exercise. Be sure of the SUITABILITY OF THE INSTALLATION. No dangerous areas or obstacles. Do not practice sport if we are ILL or INJURED. Use an SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT if necessary (appropriate sneakers, helmets, glasses, goggles, gloves). WARM-UP. In general, to have a GOOD KNOWLEDGE of the sport we are going to practice.

DURING Follow the RULES. Leave the activity if we feel FATIGUED OR INJURED. HYDRATE properly. Avoid unnecessary RISKS.

AFTER Do RELAXING EXERCISES if the session has been of high intensity. Complete and appropriate personal HYGIENE using bath soap. Use FLIP-FLOP (rubber slippers) in the shower and in the locker room. DRY the body completely after the shower. Do not share TOWELS. Change CLOTHES. Specially underwear.
