Engine bay side wall is marked out and the top is cut from it 1929 Ford Stake Bed Truck A series of cuts are made using the bandsaw Small pieces of card maintain spacing while the top is glued back on Completed engine bay side wall
After sanding, the cab bulkhead and engine bay side walls are glued together The bonnet is cut to size 1929 Ford Stake Bed Truck Then the bonnet is sanded to shape The completed engine bay and cab After sanding, the bonnet is glued on

1929 Ford Stake Bed Truck Cab roof is cut out and sanded Then glued to the cab Headlight bar cut to length and inserted into holes drilled into inner wings Radiator and petrol fill caps fitted and another dry test fit is done
