Natural Nutritional Supplements vs. Synthetic Supplements Among all the nutritional supplements available, it is uncontested that the natural ones are safer and therefore preferable to the synthetic ones. Most people prefer to use natural supplements not only because they are believed to be better than the synthetic ones, but also because they are known to cause less side effects.
