The moon is 3,474 km long. The moon goes around the Earth every 27.3  earth days.

The Moon is a different body, being composed of a geochemically distinct crust, mantle and core. It does not stay what the moon is exactly made of, but on the it gets extremely hot during the day but very cold during the night. Something like a dessert. During the day temperature is about 107°C and during the night it is -153°C
