Bread Ingredients 400gr plain flour 3 teaspoons instant yeast 250ml lukewarm milk 2 tablespoons olive oil Pour half the lukewarm milk in a bowl add 2 tablespoons flour and the yeast. Mix with a knife. Cover the bowl with a napkin and leave in a warm place for half an hour. Sift the flour and add the oil. Mix in the yeast mixture and the rest of the milk. Knead the dough and leave to rise in a warm place.
