Update on progress
Maintaining the premises a priced list of priority items has been presented to the Leadership. Priority 1 items require immediate attention because Health & Safety Legislation is being breached or the requirements of an external body are not being met. As a result our premises insurance is invalidated.
Maintaining the premises Included on the list of Priority 1 items is the work required to make the building watertight in order to prevent further deterioration of the fabric of the building.

Signage around site agreed to install comprehensive signage around the site by Sept 09 signage has been piloted on the central linking corridor through the site using the LRBC brand
The need to upgrade
Storage around site We have drawn up some commonsense principles to prioritise storage around the site. Storage proposals are to be completed by September.
How you can help Thank you to everyone who already does work around the site. We also plan to organise a work party of volunteers to undertake selected items of work around the site.
Planning for the future Developing a programme of cyclical maintenance which includes all the priority 2 & 3 items currently identified. It is estimated that this will cost in the region of £40-50,000 a year.
Changing the premises Three architects have been invited to submit design concepts based on the Outline Project Brief These architects have been invited to present their ideas to the Leadership and BUILD Project Board on Thursday 4 June
