3 Strategy 2013 Vision A vision defines the "what" in a compelling way that makes it possible for us to get excited about our future and sell that excitement to others. Our ATO vision is “Giving People New Ways to Fly through” Planning It is the “how” - It takes the vision and maps out the moves we must take to achieve our vision. Reviewing and understanding strategy are paramount to staying on track and a successful outcome. Tactics Puts the strategy into play. Tactics are sometimes thought of as the "real work" of an organization and are on the front line. Tactics are best defined at the field level where people are closest to the front line.
