Services Our state of the art approach to recruiting includes detailed candidate tracking through the use of our custom ATS (Applicant Tracking Solution). We provide a complete profile and competitive evaluation to assist with your decision making and hiring needs. This includes career stability, past and present earnings verification, quota performance, reference checking, and upon request personality profiling, drug testing and credit and criminal background checks. Certain tests and verifications such as personality profiling, drug testing, credit and criminal background checks are subject to additional charges.

Customized Arrangements MHESG realizes that every company has different needs. We offer many different types of contracts for our clients to choose from. If your needs are more specific please contact us and we will arrange to meet with you to discuss options. Below are our more standard agreements: Conventional Agreement – Contract suitable for multiple searches over a long period of time. Retained Agreement– Flat fee paid in segments of 3 for undivided attention on singular or multiple time sensitive assignments. Contingent Agreement – Per Diem placements made on an individual basis as the need arises.
