Before running into the fury of Torrents
Water from Springs bonds with the Gold from the Sun
She dreams of a sleepy Lake which doesn’t want to wake
Before touching the Sky, Silently
Water sings the symphony of tears
Tears which flow and refresh Mountains So that Oceans would never know
The despair of Deserts
Then Water forgets. She forgets the murmur of Silence
She forgets the charm of Lakes The exquisite perfume of the Moon
And the liquidity of transparent sources
Water flows and nothing can stop her from flowing
Not the blazing Sun
Nor the cries of Seagulls over the Sea
Water flows and grows from praises of her vigor
Water flows so fast that she forgets to listen to her movements
But she finally comes to rest
She dreams again about floating in the blue Sky
She embraces again the drops and droplets
Which caress her body
Devoutly, She prays in the night
For the soft Clouds which offered her Life
She breathes gently and peacefully the Oxygen which returns her to the Sea
She finally listens to the voice of the Springs which sang her lullabies
And knows how to get along with the wisdom of the Wind
And the blazing Gold of Solitude
When she has remembered enough of those deep moments of reverie
When Waves moved in a cosmic way
Wishing to seduce poets and soothe their scars
She wishes to be born again and become Water
