Resource Library Specialist, ECE Palm Beach Sandra is a caring and compassionate person. She strives for excellence, never quits or slows down and is always ready to tackle a new challenge. She is always there to encourage and support any person that walks into the library, whether it is a patron or FCI staff. She has a lot of responsibilities and never complains. Sandra strives to make the Palm Beach Resource Library to be the best it can be. She is constantly coming up with strategies to improve the library's condition, in order to make a greater impact for the community. She juggles multiple tasks all at the same time with a smile on her face and an optimistic attitude. Not only does Sandra do all of her job responsibilities at 110% but she is always willing to help others Sandra is a great example of what FCI employees should strive to be. She is an ambassador, representing Family Central at different community meetings and FCI orientations. She takes the time and always represents Family Central in a positive image. I think everyone should take a lesson from Sandra on customer service and willingness to go above and beyond with any task, no matter what size.
