A little bit of love can be like sunshine after rain and cause someone to realize that the life is not in vain.

There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature - the assurance that dawn comes after night, and sun comes after rain.

Suggestions For Life. Kill nothing but time,  take nothing but photographs,  leave nothing but good will.

Each moment of the year has its own beauty  . . . a picture which never was before - and will never be again.

Stop every now and then. Just stop and enjoy.  Take a deep breath, and take in the beauty of nature.

Go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have your senses put in order.   

Is it so small a thing to have enjoyed the sun,  to have loved, to have thought, to have done?

There is nothing more beautiful than a rainbow -   It takes both rain and sunshine to make one.   If life is to be rounded and with hues like a rainbow,  both joy and sorrow must colour it.

I think that I shall never see, a poem, lovely as a tree.

The poetry of the earth is never dead.

We all take different roads in life,  but no matter where we go, we take a little of each other everywhere.

We never know the worth of water until the well is dry.

All nature has joys to treasure, to lift our spirits and bring us pleasure.

Adopt the pace of nature; her secret is patience.

People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness.  Just because they're not on your road doesn't mean they're lost.

To an artist every thing in nature is beautiful. .

In all things of nature there is something of the marvelous.

Wilderness is not a luxury but a necessity of the human spirit.

In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect.  Trees can be contorted, bent in weird ways, and they're still beautiful.

Look at the world through the eyes of a child.   After every rainfall look for a rainbow.  

Art is man's nature: Nature is God's art.

Be a gentle friend to trees and they will give you, beauty,      cool and fragrant shade, and birds, singing.
